• To respond to your inquiry and hold the discovery call you booked.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

• Program. Christian Kleiner Luxury Real Estate LLC sends text messages about your inquiry and our real estate services: appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up about your call, updates about your relocation and property search, and information about our services.
• Consent. By providing your phone number and checking the text message consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of booking a call or of any purchase.
• Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact us at christian@ckluxre.com or (847) 624-9074.
• Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates and frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
• Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See section 4 below.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. • Service providers who help us operate our business (for example our scheduling, CRM and email providers), under confidentiality obligations. This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.
• Professionals you ask us to introduce you to, such as attorneys, CPAs or wealth managers, only with your permission.
• When required by law, court order or a government authority.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
