1. Services. Christian Kleiner Luxury Real Estate LLC is a licensed real estate brokerage in Puerto Rico (Broker License C-26640) that represents buyers and sellers. Booking a call through this site does not create a contract, an agency relationship or any obligation. A representation relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

2. No Tax or Legal Advice. Information on this site about Act 60, Act 38-2026, residency and taxes is general information, not tax, legal or financial advice. Speak with your own attorney and tax advisor about your situation.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

• Program. Christian Kleiner Luxury Real Estate LLC sends text messages about your inquiry and our real estate services: appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up about your call, and updates about your relocation and property search.
• Consent. By providing your phone number and checking the text message consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of booking a call or of any purchase.
• Opt-out. Text "STOP" to any message to cancel. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more messages. To rejoin, sign up again on our booking form.
• Help. Reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact christian@ckluxre.com or (847) 624-9074.
• Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Privacy. See our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy.

4. Website Use. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information or attempt to access it without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property. Site content belongs to Christian Kleiner Luxury Real Estate LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Christian Kleiner Luxury Real Estate LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
